Job summary

Ardham Technologies, Inc. is seeking a marketing intern to support the Marketing department with planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, campaign management, events, and analytics.

The role reports to the Marketing Manager and offers learning opportunities across branding, customer engagement, and business growth while collaborating with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
• Students, recent graduates, and individuals seeking hands-on marketing experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Maintain and update the marketing calendar to ensure activities and deadlines are tracked
• Support campaign follow-up activities and lead tracking
• Assist with marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement
• Draft and schedule social media posts across company platforms
• Support email marketing campaigns, including content preparation, scheduling, and distribution
• Help maintain consistent branding and messaging across marketing channels
• Assist with website content updates and digital marketing initiatives
• Assist with planning, organizing, and coordinating company events, conferences, trade shows, and community engagement activities
• Prepare marketing materials, promotional items, and event supplies
• Support event setup, execution, and post-event follow-up
• Assist with vendor and partner coordination for marketing events and sponsorships
• Collect and organize data related to marketing campaigns, events, and digital engagement
• Assist with tracking marketing performance metrics, including campaign engagement, lead generation, and ROI
• Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries of marketing activities
• Help identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness
• Maintain and update marketing contact lists and CRM records
• Assist with contact research, data enrichment, and list segmentation for campaigns
• Support marketing lead tracking and campaign reporting
• Ensure accuracy and organization of marketing data
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other departments on company initiatives
• Assist with organizing marketing assets, promotional materials, and digital content
• Participate in marketing meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning
• Support additional marketing-related projects and responsibilities as assigned
