Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Marketing internship candidate to contribute to downstream marketing activities, campaign development, and customer insight gathering in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You'll work with sales teams and surgeons, gaining exposure to leaders and a culture of innovation. Applicants should be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s in a related field and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Downstream Marketing: contribute to campaign development, messaging, and positioning.
• Gain field experience alongside sales members and surgeons; help gather customer insights to validate campaigns and commercial models.
• Present complex processes clearly and document them for leadership review.
