Bolton Partners, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Intern in Towson, MD to contribute from day one across social media, website content, campaigns, proposals and events.

You’ll work closely with the Communications team on real projects that reach clients and the public, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Communications or Marketing with strong writing, a proactive attitude, and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines while

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong writing skills and an eye for detail
• A proactive, “I’ll figure it out” attitude
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Social Media: Help plan, create, and post content that gets people talking — from behind-the-scenes moments to campaign launches
• Website Content: Write, edit, and refresh copy and pages to keep our site sharp and on-brand
• Campaigns: Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns from concept to launch
• Proposals: Assist in building compelling, well-designed proposals that help win new business
• Events: Help plan and support marketing presence at events, from prep to on-the-ground execution
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm fresh ideas and bring creative concepts to life
• Use AI tools to speed up research, content creation, and idea generation across projects
