Job summary

HungryPanda Ltd 熊猫外卖 is seeking a part-time intern to perform on-site marketing activities in Madison, WI. You will promote the app, engage with local Chinese communities and university networks, and build partnerships with campus groups.

The role offers hands-on marketing experience, a dynamic work environment, and potential full-time opportunities for high performers. OPT/CPT sponsorship support is available where applicable.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, proactive with strong communication, execution, and teamwork skills.
• Familiar with the US Chinese community and university networks; Xiaohongshu operations or poster design a plus.
• Must have legal work authorization (OPT/CPT supported).
• Able to commit to a minimum of three months.
• Have a valid driver license and a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person promotional activities in high-traffic areas, including university campuses, residential communities, and local events.
• Introduce the app, products, and promotional campaigns to potential users and assist with user acquisition efforts.
• Help develop and maintain partnerships with university clubs/student associations for campus promotions.
• Support WeChat community management, engagement, and promotional activities to improve customer satisfaction.
• Assist in managing on-ground promoters and collecting campaign performance data.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the marketing team.
