Chartwells Higher Ed Dining Services in Needham, MA is hiring a Marketing Intern to work with the Marketing Manager to promote the dining program at Babson College through events, promotions and social media. This role offers hands-on experience with campaign planning and content creation while balancing class schedules.

This paid internship provides exposure to social media management, event execution, and market research, with opportunities to take on meaningful projects and develop marketing

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Assist with planning, organizing and hosting events.
• Manages the Dining Services social media accounts and posts content.
• Brainstorms campaign ideas.
• Create, manage and promote engagement through social media contests and giveaways.
• Assist in social media calendar development and promotions.
• Act as a brand representative.
• Conduct marketing audits.
• Conduct general administrative tasks.
• Surveying students to collect marketing research.
• Create marketing materials to numerous specifications.
• Manage signage in multiple locations.
• Assist with the creation of concepts, campaigns, and imagery to effectively communicate messages to the target market.
• Manage website and social networking profile content.
• Attend meetings or other events as required.

General Description:

In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to implement and promote the dining program here at Babson College through events, promotions & social media. This involves research to understand the needs of the target market, planning & brainstorming, promotions & advertising through various platforms, and implementation. This is not your average internship; you will be spearheading various projects and will be able to request assignments to expand your knowledge base. This is a wonderful opportunity for anyone interested in the field of marketing.

This is a paid intern position; however, it is not eligible for paid time off (PTO) or benefits such as medical, dental, vision, etc.

Because this position requires you to perform services in an educational facility, there may be periods when the Company does not require you to perform work (such as winter and summer breaks when food service needs decline or cease).
