Qualifications

• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a college program in marketing, communications, public relations, graphic design, business, journalism, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Comfort working with databases, digital files, spreadsheets, and online content-management systems.
• Basic graphic-design skills and familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• An interest in social media, digital marketing, communications, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
• Professional judgment when working with confidential client, employee, and company information.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Deltek Vantagepoint, OpenAsset, Canva, or similar platforms is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creation, production, and distribution of LAN's weekly internal newsletter.
• Design and update digital reception-area slides and internal communications materials.
• Create graphics and marketing materials using Canva and LAN brand standards.
• Prepare and post news, announcements, and content to LAN's internal HUB.
• Research potential social media topics, industry news, and project developments.
