Job summary

ACS is seeking a Marketing Intern to join the Marketing and Business Development team at our Verona, WI headquarters. The role supports digital marketing, content creation, brand management, and marketing operations while gaining hands‑on experience across social media, CRM maintenance, design, SEO, and asset organization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a four-year degree; Junior or Senior status preferred.
• Strong interest in marketing, communications, digital media, or graphic design. Marketing/Communications degree is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva is a plus.
• Experience with using and manipulating various file formats (eps, jpeg, pdf).

Responsibilities

• Support CRM data entry and cleanup in HubSpot.
• Assist with organization, inventory, and ordering of promotional materials.
• Contribute to social media planning, content creation, and posting.
• Perform basic video editing (trim clips, captions, aspect ratios).
• Create and update internal marketing materials (newsletters, slide libraries, infographics).
• Maintain marketing assets (photos, articles, image libraries) in HubSpot/WordPress/OpenAsset.
• Conduct marketing and industry research to support campaigns and BD.
• Assist with SEO cleanup and reporting using BrightEdge.
• Update and refresh marketing content (case studies, website materials).
• Support general marketing operations and participate in events and projects.
