Ideal candidates are enrolled in marketing, business, or communications programs, with strong written and verbal communication, basic digital marketing knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant degree program (marketing, business, communications) or a recent graduate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and draw insights.
• Creativity and willingness to contribute fresh ideas to marketing campaigns.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools can be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Market research: assist in researching target markets, customer behavior, and industry trends to help refine marketing strategies.
• Content creation: contribute to content creation for social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and website updates.
• Social media: help manage and maintain the company's social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with the audience.
• Campaign support: assist in development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, online advertisements, and promotional events.
• Data analysis: help analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Competitor analysis: research and report on competitors' marketing activities.
• Administrative tasks: assist in organizing marketing materials, coordinating meetings, and managing marketing databases.
• Collaboration: work with marketing, design, sales, and product teams.
• Event support: assist in planning and executing trade shows, conferences, and other events.
