Job summary

Aptar in Cary, IL, is seeking a year-round Marketing Intern. This on-site role offers about 20-30 hours per week with flexible hours and a starting rate of $19.00/hour. The internship supports the NA Beauty Marketing team with sample management, trade show prep, and marketing collateral creation.

You will assist Product Line Managers with data analysis, market research, and competitive intelligence to spot trends and opportunities. Aptar also provides benefits such as 401(k) match and PTO.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Marketing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Sophomore/Junior status.
• Ability to work 20-30 hours onsite per week (while attending classes).
• This internship is not eligible for relocation and/or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the NA Beauty Marketing team with day-to-day execution: including sample management, trade show preparation, and creation of marketing presentations and collateral.
• Assist Product Line Managers with basic data analysis, market research, and competitive intelligence to help identify trends and business opportunities.
• Provide support across a variety of activities, gaining hands-on experience in marketing operations, content development, and market analysis.
• Manage and coordinate product samples and marketing materials.
• Support trade show planning, preparation, and execution.
• Create and update PowerPoint presentations and marketing collateral.
• Conduct Excel data analysis and reporting on market research and competitive intelligence to identify market trends and customer insights.
