Tucker Company Worldwide, Inc. in Haddonfield, NJ is seeking a Marketing Intern to support internal communications, campaigns, and digital presence. This part-time role provides hands-on experience with HubSpot, Canva, and social media through real campaigns.

You will work with a marketing team, gaining exposure to content creation, analytics, and SEO basics while balancing academic commitments. Compensation is hourly and focused on student growth and industry learning.

• GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and distribute internal communications materials (newsletters, presentations).
• Assist in external distribution of marketing materials (customer gifts, campaigns).
• Coordinate internal event planning, vendors, budgets, and setup.
• Manage Tucker’s websites and social media accounts; post content.
• Analyze website and social media analytics to gauge campaign success.
• Assist in website SEO management.
• Handle promotional item identification, inventory, and ordering.
• Design and execute workflows within HubSpot.

About the Role

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Manage the process of drafting, reviewing, and distributing internal communications materials, including newsletters, presentations, etc.
• Assist in the external distribution of marketing materials, such as customer gifts, campaigns, etc.
• Coordinate internal event planning, sourcing and contracting vendors, budget management, set-up, and implementation.
• Manage and monitor Tucker’s websites and social media accounts, posting appropriate content.
• Analyzes analytics of Tucker's website and social media posts to gauge the success of campaigns.
• Assist in the management of website SEO.
• Manage promotional item identification, inventory, and ordering:
• Calendars; Business Cards; Holiday Gift Items; promo items; and logo wear.
• Design and execute workflows within HubSpot

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Supply Chain, or related degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Proactive planning and forward-thinking abilities.
• Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment.
• Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organization, and time management skills.
• Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience working with HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Suite and/or other relevant platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in graphic design and video editing is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• $18.00-$20.00 per hour.
• Earned Sick Time - Provided in accordance with applicable State and Department policies, procedures, and/or guidelines.
