Axos Bank invites you to join its 12-week Summer Internship Program to gain hands-on experience in a technology-driven financial environment, with a capstone project and leadership sessions.

Interns choose among Strategy, Social Media, Communications, Administrative Support or Event Coordination, with sessions May 25–Aug 13 or Jun 14–Sep 3. The program also includes finance literacy training, Corporate Finance Institute courses, and an intern day with networking opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and assist in developing marketing strategies and leadership reports.
• Create and schedule content, monitor engagement metrics, and generate ideas to boost online brand presence.
• Draft and edit newsletters, press releases, and email campaigns; ensure brand consistency; support blog and article content.
• Maintain calendars and project trackers, coordinate internal communications, and assist with vendor management and daily operations.
• Plan and organize virtual or in-person events, manage logistics and attendee communication, and collaborate on post-event reporting.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

About This Job

Join Axos Bank’s immersive 12-week Summer Internship Program to gain hands‑on experience, contribute to enterprise initiatives, and develop professional skills in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven financial environment. Along with your day‑to‑day job duties, you will take part in a capstone project, sessions with our business leaders, financial literacy training courses, Corporate Finance Institute trainings, and a volunteer day. Interns choose between one of two sessions.
Session 1: May 25 - August 13
Session 2: June 14 - September 3
The Marketing Internship at Axos offers hands‑on experience in one of five specialized areas: Strategy, Social Media, Communications, Administrative Support, or Event Coordination. Interns will be assigned to one focus area based on business needs and individual interests, allowing them to develop targeted skills while contributing to impactful projects.
