Job summary

Akur8 is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our international Marketing Team. You will support local market localization in French or German, manage events and campaigns, and help craft content across social media and digital channels. This is a Paris-based, full-time 6-month internship with travel opportunities.

You will collaborate with Graphic Design, Sales, Product and Tech teams to boost global brand awareness and generate qualified leads for the Sales team.

Qualifications

• Master 1/2 in Business School seeking a full-time 6-month internship.
• Fluent English plus French OR German; strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with CRM, CMS and digital advertising platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Local Marketing: translate and adapt content for French- or German-speaking markets and create local assets.
• Event Management: handle logistics, sponsorships, procurement, and onsite booth management.
• Social Media & Engagement: produce LinkedIn content, reuse content across languages and channels; monitor trends.
• Digital Marketing: manage Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, email campaigns, and website updates; ensure CRM data quality.

As Akur8 continues to expand, we’re looking for a Marketing Intern to help us increase our marketing efforts globally.

You’ll join our international Marketing Team, whose role is to increase our global brand awareness and provide qualified leads to the Sales team. You will collaborate with multiple teams including Graphic Design, Sales, Product and Tech teams, and you will get a solid experience in B2B tech marketing.

Your mission will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Local Marketing (in French OR German)

• Website Localization: Translate and adapt product pages, corporate content and blog articles for French-speaking OR German-speaking markets.

• Local Content Creation: Create tailored content for local markets including social media posts, newsletters, print and digital assets, webinars, press releases…

• Local Campaign Management: Plan and launch multichannel campaigns including organic content and digital ads.

Event Management

• Event Logistics & Execution: Handle event logistics, sponsorship package requirements, contract reviews with the internal legal team, procurement processes, setup and booth creation, and coordination of participants and speakers.

• Onsite Event Management: Attend events and manage onsite presence, including booth setup and takedown, and related logistics.

• Merchandise & Content Coordination: Organize merchandise, print assets, and booth giveaways for events.

• Akur8-Specific Events & Webinars: Manage and promote Akur8-specific events and webinars on insurance-related topics.

Social Media & Engagement

• LinkedIn Content Creation: Develop engaging LinkedIn content and manage content posting and tracking.

• Content Repurposing: Turn webinars, events, expert interviews and long-form content into local blog articles, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, short-form assets and sales enablement materials.

• Editorial Planning: Contribute to the local editorial calendar and coordinate content production across languages, channels and formats.

• Social Media Performance Analysis: Monitor and track competitor activities to stay ahead of market trends and industry developments.

Digital Marketing

• Monitor campaigns: launch and manage campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Manage email campaigns: send ad-hoc emails and manage automation workflows using HubSpot.

• Oversee website maintenance: Make sure our website is up-to-date and optimized on Webflow.

• Lead and Follow-up Coordination: Help ensure that leads and contacts generated through campaigns and events are properly captured, qualified and handed over to the relevant teams.

• Maintaining the CRM system: Ensure data accuracy on Hubspot.

You will be based in Paris, but can expect to travel for a few days occasionally.

We're looking for a Marketing Intern who is eager to learn and work on various subjects in a fast moving organization, possessing the following attributes:

EDUCATIONAL / PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• You are currently enrolled in a Business School (Master 1 or Master 2) and are looking for a full time 6-month internship.

• You are organized yet flexible, and are able to efficiently multitask and project-manage.

• You are autonomous, proactive, eager to learn and to assume responsibility for key initiatives with a problem-solver mindset

• You are a team player and are happy to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders both internal and external

• You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and French OR German, and are happy working in a multicultural environment. Proficiency in additional languages such as Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, or Mandarin is a plus.

BONUS SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• You preferably have a first experience in Marketing and worked with a CRM, CMS and/or digital advertising platforms before.

• You ideally have already worked or studied in an international environment.
