Job summary

D.S. & Durga, a Brooklyn fragrance house, is seeking a Marketing Intern to support day-to-day operations across sales, marketing and press. This hands-on role suits a highly organized self-starter eager to gain experience at a founder-led brand.

The intern will handle SKU onboarding with international retail partners, asset deployment, sample tracking, press send-outs and project coordination in a fast-paced environment. Part-time, 2-3 days per week, $22/hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support studio send-outs for PR, influencer, and account partners
• Assist with international shipping coordination for retail accounts
• Help coordinate lab sample send-outs and trade sampling logistics
• Maintain and update product spec sheets (Excel) for account partners
• Distribute marketing and product assets to retail accounts
• Manage studio inventory of samples, PR product, and print collateral
• Contribute to 360° marketing campaigns, decks, and creative concepting
• Support visual merchandising efforts, including retailer correspondence and getting collateral into stores
• Assist with trade marketing initiatives: sampling plans, lab sample shipping, NLF, and GWP planning
• Write and edit copy for campaigns and internal training materials, aligning with creative and brand direction
• Help manage outreach and communications with retail partners, distributors, press, and influencers
• Track and manage approvals, project kickoffs, and incoming requests
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Digital, Finance, Operations, Creative, and Sales teams
