Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our Columbia, Missouri team. This Part-Time, Hybrid role focuses on designing materials and supporting promotional programs for college dining brands.

You will collaborate with staff and vendors to deliver creative marketing solutions and support business dining accounts with fresh ideas and compelling visuals. This position offers hands-on exposure in campus dining marketing.

Qualifications

• Excellent creative and design skills.
• Clear understanding of marketing principles.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Quark.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a skilled, enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to provide creative solutions to marketing needs.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing printed materials, promotions, packaging, and other special projects.
• Coordinating the creation and production of sales, marketing, and packaging materials.
• Working with internal staff, vendors, and customers to complete promotional programs.
• Providing creative support to business dining accounts.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• Excellent creative and design skills.
• Ability to demonstrate clear understanding of marketing principles.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Quark.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-haves:

• Prior experience marketing in the foodservice industry.
