Marketing Internship Overview

Are you interested in building a career that involves travel and customer outreach? Look no further than our marketing internships at Sandhills Global!

The goal of the Marketing Internship is to assist in the implementation of the distribution of our publications and work as a team to ensure customer satisfaction. The intern will learn about company products and business objectives as well as shadow other members of the department to gain exposure to distribution organization. The intern will have the opportunity to travel to industry events or distribution points to gain a first hand view of Sandhills markets and speak face to face with customers. Travel is based on the interns availability and usually is focused during school breaks and holidays.

Initially in the internship, a high focus is placed on training and development. Marketing interns have exposure to other areas of the company including sales to help gain a holistic view of what makes Sandhills successful. Continuing education is also an important part of the role as our products and technology evolves.

The Marketing Intern will also gather and input information regarding distribution and websites, processing, verify and register users to our websites, enter auction results and other miscellaneous projects may be assigned. Assume other duties as assigned. This internship is paid at $20/hour!
