Job summary

The Huntsville-Madison County Airport Authority is seeking a Marketing Intern for an upcoming term in Huntsville, AL. You will assist with public information, social media content development, and the creation of promotional materials as part of a small marketing team.

Ideal candidates are 3rd or 4th year students in marketing, PR, advertising, communications, or related fields, with knowledge of marketing techniques and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite/Canva and Constant Contact.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Constant Contact and Adobe CC / Canva.

Salary: $15/Hour

The Huntsville-Madison County Airport Authority is seeking qualified applicants for an upcoming Marketing Internship. Job duties include: sharing of public information, social media content development, developing promotional collateral materials and monitoring news reports.

Applicant should have knowledge of:

• Effective techniques and practices of marketing.
• Constant Contact Data Management System.
• Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva and/or other image editing software.
• Modern office practices and procedures including the operation of standard office equipment such as calculators, desktop computers, copiers, printers, multi-media devices/equipment.

Applicant should be a 3rd or 4th year student enrolled in an accredited four year college majoring in marketing, public relations, advertising, communications, journalism, or related fields.
