Uline is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead a flagship direct marketing program spanning catalog, digital channels and email. You will shape strategy, align with Creative, Merchandising, Sales and Finance, and drive customer growth across 45,000+ products.

This executive role requires a track record of scaling marketing programs and managing substantial investments. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), 15+ years in direct marketing, and at least 10 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years in direct marketing, catalog and print marketing.
• 10+ years leading managers and cross-functional teams.
• Proven success negotiating vendor contracts and managing large investments.

Responsibilities

• Direct large-scale catalog and print marketing strategy to drive growth.
• Shape integrated marketing across catalog, email and digital channels.
• Measure campaign performance and optimize ROI with data insights.
• Lead and develop directors and managers across marketing teams.
• Partner with executives to align initiatives and oversee $500M+ investments.
