Job summary

MIT FCU is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team in Lexington, MA. You will own the visual identity and contribute to the development of print and online marketing, advertising, and brand materials. This hands-on role requires leadership, collaboration with vendors and partners, and guidance to internal audiences.

The candidate will report to the Vice President of Marketing and help shape the creative strategy for MIT FCU’s communications and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or advanced training in visual design and web technologies.
• Minimum of three years of graphic and web design experience.
• Expert knowledge of graphic design software, photography, and video production/editing.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the visual identity of MIT FCU across print and online materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop a range of marketing, advertising, and brand materials.
• Provide leadership and instruction to internal teams, vendors, and outside partners.

This candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining the visual identity of MIT FCU and participate in a collaborative process to develop an array of print and online marketing, advertising, and brand materials. This role is for an experienced hands‑on designer who can provide leadership and instruction to an internal audience, vendors, and outside partners. This role will report directly into the Vice President of Marketing.
