Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, strategy consulting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated finance partner to TurboTax Core GTM/Performance Marketing leadership, owning FP&A and analysis of the marketing investment portfolio across channels.
• Build and refine AI-enabled models for CAC, LTV, LTV:CAC, payback period, and marginal ROI to guide channel-level allocation decisions.
• Partner with marketing, analytics, and data science teams to inform spend decisions through MMM, attribution, and holdout testing.
• Drive in-season pacing and reallocation with an agile loop of investing, testing, and learning during peak tax season.
• Develop annual strategic/financial plans for Core GTM, including budgets and scenario analyses.
• Identify spend optimization opportunities by understanding business drivers and market dynamics.
• Lead monthly financial reviews; manage forecasts and risks to keep targets.
• Translate data into executive-ready insights and narratives for leadership.
