Machina Labs is seeking a creative, results-driven leader to own field marketing and experiential activations. You will transform our factories and technologies into compelling physical experiences for on-site and field events, driving strategic engagement with customers, partners, and decision-makers.
You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, partner with BD and executive leadership, and ensure campaigns meet safety and regulatory standards while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Engineering moves at software speed. Manufacturingdoesn’t. Yet.
Machina Labs is changing that. We build intelligent, software-defined factories that produce complex metal structures directly from digital design. By integrating advanced metal forming, robotics, and automated production inside a flexible factory architecture, we enable customers to move from prototype to production in weeks, not years.
Backed by Lockheed Martin, Toyota, and NVIDIA,we’rebuilding the manufacturing infrastructurethat defense, aerospace, and advanced mobility programs will run on.
If you want to work on hard problems that matter and see them fly, drive, and defend, this is the place.
Most companies bring banners and brochures to events. We have robots, factories, vehicles, and precision-formed metal. We want someone who knows what to do with them.
This is a unique opportunity to turn the physical world of Machina Labs into unforgettable experiences. Bring customers into our factories. Bring our factories to customers. Create product launches, demonstrations, and activations that make people see what’s possible when you rethink how things are made.
We’re looking for a creative builder who sees a factory floor as a showroom, a robot as a centerpiece, and a formed piece of metal as an opportunity to tell a story. Someone equally comfortable imagining an ambitious activation and figuring out how to get a vehicle, missile, or industrial robot onto a show floor.
This is not a conventional events role. You’ll work in complex, high-friction environments where engineering, production, logistics, and compliance all matter. The right person is resourceful, organized, creatively ambitious, and relentlessly focused on business outcomes.
