Job summary

Bath Concepts Independent Dealers is seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator in the United States. The role focuses on managing trade shows and customer-facing events, coordinating booth displays, and leading a team of Brand Ambassadors to promote bath remodeling fixtures across North America.

The successful candidate will research and schedule events, recruit and train demonstrators, negotiate vendor contracts, and set up post-event follow-ups to convert leads into in-home consultations.

We are looking to hire an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to manage our shows and events and lead our team of Brand Ambassadors.

Job Description

• Research and find events and shows within assigned territory
• Negotiate contracts with event vendors
• Book an annual calendar of events and shows
• Recruit, hire and train event demonstrators
• Schedule demonstrators to work events
• Coordinate booth and display set-up and tear down
• Set appointments for a free in‑home consultation at the events and shows
• Collect contest entries
• Follow up on contest entries and schedule them for a free in‑home consultation
• Measure and report results
