Responsibilities

• Research events and shows within assigned territory.
• Negotiate contracts with event vendors for participation and logistics.
• Book an annual calendar of events and shows to attend.
• Recruit, hire, and train event demonstrators for showcases.
• Schedule demonstrators to work at events to ensure adequate coverage.
• Coordinate booth setup and teardown at all events attended.
• Set appointments for consultations at events to engage potential customers.
• Collect contest entries to drive engagement during events.
• Follow up on contest entries to convert leads into consultations.
• Measure and report on results from events to gauge success.

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Research and find Events and Shows within our assigned territory
• Negotiate contracts with the Event Vendors
• Book an annual calendar of Events and Shows
• Recruit, hire and train Event Demonstrators
• Schedule Demonstrators to work at Events
• Coordinate booth and display set-up and tear down
• Set appointments for a Free In-Home Consultation at the Events and Shows
• Collect Contest Entries
• Follow up on the Contest Entries and schedule them for a Free In-Home Consultation
• Measure and report results
