Rundoo in Redwood City, CA is seeking a GTM Engineering intern to build marketing agents and automations that scale content creation—from ads to emails and social posts. You’ll ship end-to-end automation, integrate with campaigns, and help measure impact on pipeline and ARR.

What You'll Achieve with Us: Ship Marketing Agents and Automations

This isn't about busywork or one-off decks — you'll be building the agents and automations that power how Rundoo markets itself, and you'll see your work go live every day!

• Agent & Workflow Development: Help build and maintain automations/agents that generate marketing content — ads, emails, social posts — at scale.

• Campaign Instrumentation: Support instrumenting and monitoring live campaigns so every program can be traced back to pipeline and ARR impact.

• Attribution & Reporting: Help map marketing-sourced and -influenced leads through the funnel — MQL → SQL → Opp → Closed Won.

• Content Systems: Prototype reusable templates/agents for recurring content types (magazine ads, digital postcards, newsletter banners, social posts, flyers) supporting our vertical GTM motions.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Head of Marketing, CEO, and vertical PMs to keep automations grounded in real campaign needs.

Hard requirements

• You’re comfortable writing code and can show us a GitHub with example work.

• You’re genuinely excited about applying AI/agents to marketing problems — not just interested in marketing as a discipline.

• You’re a self-directed builder who can turn a rough campaign idea into a working automation.

• You give in-the-moment feedback to your teammates and enjoy receiving the same.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying simple apps/services (Vercel, Cloudflare Workers, Coder.dev, or similar).

• Familiarity with marketing/growth concepts (MQLs, attribution, funnel metrics).

• Comfort working with LLMs (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) to build end to end workflows.

Interview Process

• Intro Call (20 min) – Remote:

  • Meet Amanda to learn more about each other and talk through your interest in marketing + AI agents. We'll ask you to open a terminal and show how you'd spin up a simple content-creation agent based on Rundoo.ai messaging.

• Live-coding session + chat with Titus (45 min) –

  • Titus will walk you through titus.doo.run and our GitHub marketing repos, then dive into one of the agent use cases he relies on most. Together you'll dig into how it works and where you'd improve what he's built.

• Final Call (15 min) – Remote:

  • Conversation with our CEO, Nick.

• Nick (CEO) - studied math & computer science at Stanford; worked as a trader at Bridgewater & Citadel and as a PM at Google & Enigma; distantly related to the founder of the Hershey company

• Titus (Head of Marketing) - Over a 15+ year career, I've been the first GTM/Marketing hire at five startups, embedding with founding teams to find product-market fit before the company spends money scaling. I build Marketing & GTM functions from scratch, ship code, close deals, and design the systems that turn early traction into repeatable revenue. Love to and . Claude certified.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $98k base; $111k OTE
