Job summary

Chick-fil-A Fountain is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead local campaigns and drive brand awareness in the community.

You will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage partnerships with schools and organizations, and oversee digital communications to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. The role offers a collaborative team environment and opportunities for leadership growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in marketing management and local/regional campaign leadership.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with social media, digital marketing tools, and content creation.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or franchise environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and restaurant traffic
• Plan and manage engaging community events and promotional campaigns
• Oversee social media and digital communications to maintain consistent brand messaging
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools, businesses, and organizations
