Lumifi Cyber, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Director in Scottsdale, AZ to lead our marketing strategy and hands-on campaigns in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment. You will own demand generation, brand, content, events, and partner marketing while partnering with Sales to drive pipeline.

The role combines strategic leadership with execution in HubSpot, analytics, and multi-channel programs. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in B2B marketing, a track record of generating measurable ROI, and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
7+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
3+ years in marketing leadership roles.
Experience marketing cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT services.
Expert-level experience with HubSpot.
Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
Proven success in demand generation and ROI measurement.
Strong analytical dashboards and executive reporting.
Experience managing marketing budgets and ROI.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead the company's integrated marketing strategy and plans.
