Qualifications

• 2+ years administrative support experience in an office environment.
• Marketing and social media experience or related background.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with Photoshop, CANVA and InDesign.
• Must be able to travel to Nashville Region branches about 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing and advertising needs for real estate agents and branches.
• Train sales agents on Crye-Leike marketing programs, tools, processes and standards.
• Proof policies and documents; approve invoices for payment.
• Develop corporate advertising and coordinate local placements.
• Maintain branch marketing inventories and promotional materials.

• Design presentations and act as liaison for brand/messages with agents and brokers.
• Occasionally travel to regional branches for trainings and meetings.
• Plan and organize the annual Kick-Off event for 400+ agents and staff.

Crye-Leike®, REALTORS® is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Marketing Director, located in Brentwood, TN. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) which will provide proactive administrative support to upper management, broker managers and real estate agents. This is a key position responsible for providing administrative support to the Nashville Region branches. The successful candidate should enjoy a fast paced environment, high attention to detail an aptitude for marketing, training, social media and demonstrate superior customer service skills. This position will work closely with the Office Administrators, broker managers and agents.

Job Duties

• Coordinate marketing and advertising needs for real estate agents. This would include ordering business cards, and real estate signs, as well as custom advertising pieces, as needed.
• Responsible for being familiar with the company’s marketing programs, materials and guidelines/policies
• Responsible for introducing and training sales agents on Crye-Leike®’s marketing programs, tools, processes and standards
• Proof policies, documents, letters
• Approve invoices for payment
• Develop corporate advertising and coordinate placement in local publications.
• Maintain marketing inventory for local branch offices including signs, name riders, closing gifts, promotional products and literature
• Support Branch Managers on recruiting efforts for agents, including preparing recruiting packages
• Strong Social Media Marketing skills: Maintaining/keeping up to date Facebook page and social media sites
• Designing Presentations
• Act as a liaison, supporting brand and company messages and objectives with local agents and brokers through supporting and relationship building; including periodically traveling to our Middle Tennessee Region branches to discuss marketing programs/tools at sales meetings as well as offering classes in training center
• Plan and organize the annual company Kick-Off event for 400+ agents plus corporate employees
• Oversee sign installers

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office (Power Point and Excel)
• Demonstrated proficiency using Photoshop, CANVA, and In Design
• Marketing and social media or prior marketing experience
• 2+ years administrative support experience working in an office environment required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) a must
• Ability to successfully multi-task and prioritize multiple facets of the job
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must have a professional demeanor, possess a strong work ethic and be reliable
• Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Prior real estate or real estate office experience a plus
• Ability to travel to the Nashville Region branches (10% of the time)
