AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Development Manager to drive growth across Minnesota and Wisconsin. This role focuses on developing sales strategies, training, and leading a multi-site team to deliver patient-centered care.

The position offers a salary range of $86,000 to $112,000 per year, full-time hours, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a company match 401(k).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
• Minimum five-years’ experience in a multi-site sales training and/or management role.
• Knowledge, experience, and proven success in home health care and/or hospice.
• Experienced leader with proven sales management skills.
