You will design presentations, guides, sell sheets, case studies, and other branded materials for multiple audiences.

The ideal candidate blends design skill with marketing insight, can manage multiple projects, and pays strong attention to detail. This is an in-office, Monday–Friday role in downtown Buffalo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3-6 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or creative production.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
• Experience creating and editing video content.
• Strong design skills, including layout, typography, and brand application.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design presentations, sales collateral, client communications, educational resources, and marketing materials.
• Create one-pagers, guides, sell sheets, reports, proposals, case studies, and other branded content.
• Develop graphics, infographics, charts, icons, and visual storytelling elements that simplify complex topics.
• Support marketing campaigns through digital assets, email graphics, social media content, website visuals, videos, and event materials.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure visual consistency across all communications.
• Develop and manage reusable templates, design assets, and marketing resources.
• Partner with sales, account management, product, and leadership teams to create effective client and broker-facing materials.
• Review content for accuracy, readability, accessibility, and overall quality.
