Job summary

webAI seeks a Marketing Designer to bring craft and precision to our marketing and GTM materials. You will scale established identities across channels, producing web pages, decks, social visuals, emails, and campaigns with a focus on consistency and brand voice.

You will collaborate with designers, writers, and marketing colleagues, delivering high-volume outputs while maintaining design integrity and usability. This role is grounded in an on-site Austin setting with cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• One year specializing in visual design for web, mobile, and/or digital marketing.
• An online portfolio of original work demonstrating strong visual craft and a user-centered eye.
• High proficiency in the formal elements of design: typography, layout, balance, proportion, rhythm, emphasis, and unity.
• Fast, accurate, high-volume execution without dropping craft.
• Range across formats: web, social, email, PDFs, decks, event materials, and digital campaigns.
• Strong Figma, and the judgment to know when to build a one-off vs a reusable template.
• Pipeline-fluent: comfortable using AI and template tooling to generate volume and curate it to the bar.

Responsibilities

• Create designs that align to project goals, creative direction, templates, and standards.
• Take established campaign identities and style guides and scale them across channels and interactive touchpoints.
• Produce and adapt marketing and GTM assets at volume: decks, one-pagers, web pages, blog visuals, social, email, campaigns, events, and sales enablement collateral.
• Build and maintain reusable templates so volume work gets faster and more consistent over time.
• Ensure final deliverables, including layout, imagery, and typography, are flawless.
• Consult technical partners to ensure designs work within constraints, and prepare files with the information needed to support design intent.
• Work from messy inputs: rough briefs, transcripts, product notes, stakeholder feedback, and evolving messaging.
• Maintain the marketing creative source of truth: approved assets, templates, product screenshots, and brand guidance.
• Continually seek opportunities to refine workflows and improve how the team ships.
