Job summary

Roto Group in Dublin, OH is seeking a Marketing Designer & Coordinator to balance high‑quality brand design with hands‑on trade show and internal communications support. You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing and BP teams to produce polished materials, manage event assets, and keep multiple projects moving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in an agency / creative services environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong command of print production, typography, layout, and brand design principles.
• Experience designing proposals, pitch decks, or capabilities packages is a significant plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
• Portfolio that reflects range and craft across print and digital formats.

Responsibilities

• Brand & Visual Identity: maintain brand standards and design business proposals, pitch decks, and trade show materials.
• Trade Show & Event Coordination: manage design deliverables and logistics for conferences and events.
• Internal Communications & Content: design quarterly newsletters and internal announcements.
• Social Media & Content Collaboration: create social assets and assist content scheduling.
• Collaboration & Workflow: partner with leadership to prioritize requests and manage multiple projects.
