Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Marketing Designer for its remote-first team in the United States. You will shape the brand’s visual identity across campaigns, websites, ads, emails, and events, leveraging AI tools to accelerate production while upholding design excellence.

You will collaborate with the Visual Designer and Design Lead to develop cohesive assets, maintain brand standards, and explore innovative workflows in a fast-moving, international AI environment.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in marketing assets or website design
• Portfolio showing AI-assisted design experiments and solid execution
• Strong understanding of visual communication and UX basics

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered creative workflows and visuals
• Create marketing visuals for campaigns, social, blogs and presentations
• Design and optimize website pages and landing pages for campaigns
• Produce banners, LinkedIn creatives and other performance assets
• Design email graphics and responsive layouts
• Prepare assets for events and conferences
• Ensure brand consistency across materials
• Collaborate with design and marketing stakeholders to translate objectives
