The role blends analytics with strategy in a hands-on leadership capacity. Preferred background includes 5+ years in analytics, plus experience with BI tools like Power BI/Tableau.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, BI, or related field.
• Experience turning data into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong data visualization and reporting tool skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports.
• Analyze consumer, customer, market, and ops data for insights.
• Deliver insights on market share, pricing, promotions, and competition.
• Support annual planning, strategic initiatives, and reviews.
• Partner with Brand Mgmt to evaluate campaigns and brand health.
• Translate research into recommendations for packaging and messaging.
• Monitor trends in protein, poultry, convenience, and prepared foods.
• Train cross-functional teams on analytics tools.
