Raymond West is looking for a Marketing & CRM Coordinator to join our team! A Marketing & CRM Coordinator has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience. The role is entry level often for those with work experience in the skill area and the Marketing & CRM Coordinator works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision. The role will Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions. The Marketing & CRM Coordinator willfocus on managing and optimizing our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM), executing targeted marketing campaigns and supporting marketing initiatives to drive engagement, retention and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, streamline communication and enhance the client journey.

Duties and Responsibilities:
