Job summary

Empathic seeks a Marketing + Creator Management Intern in San Francisco to work directly with the founder and own short-form content creation. You will write scripts, pull clips, brief editors, review drafts, and post content, while tracking what works and iterating.

You’ll also help with recruiting and onboarding creators, managing briefs and contracts, and running weekly creator calls. The ideal candidate is very online, highly organized, good with people and has strong creative taste.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recent graduate from a highly selective university.
• Strong understanding of short-form content and creator culture.
• Experience with TikTok, Reels, UGC or creator management is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and iterate on short-form marketing content; write scripts and pull clips.
• Brief editors, review drafts, and post content; track performance and iterate.
• Recruit, interview, onboard creators; manage contracts, briefs, chats and analytics.
• Provide fast feedback and run weekly creator calls; maintain creator accountability.

You should attend or have recently graduated from a highly selective university. Experience with TikTok, Reels, UGC or creator management is a major plus. Some evidence of viral sense is necessary.Empathic is building an AI friend that connects with users through apps like iMessage and FaceTime.The paid internship is 10-12 weeks, full time, fully in person in downtown San Francisco. Start date is flexible, ideally within the next month.
