Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality visual/marketing assets across print, digital, social, environmental, and presentation channels.
• Supporting and execution of content and copywriting needs.
• Maintain and enhance design systems, brand templates, and asset libraries.
• Provide design, editing, illustration, and layout execution.
• Ensure all deliverables uphold brand standards and visual identity guidelines.
• Manage creative projects from intake through scoping, timelines, reviews, approvals, and final delivery to channel and appropriate publishing/distribution.
• Facilitate communication with cross-functional partners, clarifying requirements and priorities.
• Coordinate work with internal production teams and external vendors to ensure accuracy and timely output.
• Document project milestones, maintain organized files, and support workflow optimization.
