Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of working experience required.
• 2+ years of experience writing or editing marketing copy for digital and print platforms.
• Experience coordinating projects, calendars, or production schedules across multiple stakeholders.
• Ideal candidate has prior experience in church or para-church communications, or experience in external or in-house agencies.

Responsibilities

• Write weekend host scripts and announcement copy, tailored to the host and aligned with Saddleback voice.
• Coordinate and deliver weekend assets to Production and Experience teams on schedule.
• Support Church News: gather and prioritize announcement content and coordinate revisions.
• Own and maintain the church-wide communication and promotions calendar.
