PetVet Care Centers’ The Regional Veterinary Referral Center in Northern Virginia seeks a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The role supports hospital marketing, community outreach, client communications, intern programs, and promotions to build and maintain the hospital’s brand and referral relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• 1 year of marketing experience.
• Veterinary or healthcare marketing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist hospital and regional managers in evaluating and pursuing new marketing opportunities across digital, print, radio, and social media platforms.
• Conduct regular field visits to local practices to deliver educational collateral, update referral forms, gather feedback, and ensure seamless communication channels.
• Order, inventory, and distribute marketing materials including brochures, business cards, pens, magnets, and signage.
• Assist with veterinary recruiting efforts including job posting coordination and scheduling of candidate visits.
• Understand, participate in, promote, and support all planned marketing events and programs; present marketing promotions to clients and referring partners in a professional manner.
• Track and report on marketing activities and referring veterinarian engagement metrics.
• Maintain an organized database (CRM) of primary care clinics, key contact staff, and referral histories
