Job Summary:

The Campus Dining Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in creating and executing marketing strategies to promote our campus dining services. This role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, engaging with the campus community, and fostering a positive dining experience through effective communication and branding initiatives.

As a Campus Dining Marketing Coordinator, your role is integral to the success of our dining services and enhancing the dining experience for our campus community. To excel in this position, you are expected to meet the following job expectations:

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Implementation:

  • Execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the goals of promoting our dining services and enhancing the dining experience on campus.

Content Creation:

  • Create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, ensuring that it resonates with the target audience and conveys key messages effectively.

Event Promotion:

  • Coordinate and promote special dining events, promotions, and initiatives to increase participation and engagement.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research and surveys to gather feedback and insights from students and the campus community, using this data to improve dining offerings.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other campus departments and student organizations to enhance cross-promotion and partnership opportunities that benefit dining services.

Maintaining the Brand:

  • Ensure there are visually appealing graphics and visuals to support marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, making informed decisions to maximize the impact of marketing efforts.

Feedback Management:

  • Monitor and coordinate responses to feedback and reviews from customers with THS Marketing, addressing concerns promptly and implementing improvements when necessary.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using insights to make data-driven decisions for future strategies.

Professional Development:

  • Stay up-to-date with marketing trends, tools, and techniques, and continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and improvement.

Communication:

  • Maintain clear and open communication with THS Marketing Leadership, unit leadership and other team members to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
