Many on the team are serial entrepreneurs and have had a history of successful exits. We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team with day-to-day activities. This role is ideal for a fresher or recent graduate eager to build a career in marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (email, digital, and social media).
  • Conduct basic research to understand customer behavior, trends, and preferences.
  • Support in setting up tracking systems for online marketing activities.
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing campaign/sales data.
  • Coordinate and proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Help maintain content on marketing platforms (CRM, CMS, website).
  • Collaborate with the team to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously.
Required Skills & Qualities
  • Flexibility to work 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST to align with US business hours.
  • Basic marketing concepts such as SEO, customer acquisition, and digital campaigns.
  • Understanding and familiarity with data analytics tools (GA / Microsoft Clarity).
  • Familiarity with email campaign tools (e.g., Mailchimp or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong written English and attention to detail.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Nice-to-Have (Added Advantage)
  • Exposure to growth hacking concepts.
  • Basic design skills (Canva, typesetting, simple layouts, or templates).
