Position Overview

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will drive performance through SEO, analytics, campaign optimization, and website improvements for B2B and e-commerce initiatives. You will collaborate with the Director of Website and Performance Marketing to increase search visibility, enhance site performance, and foster measurable growth across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support SEO strategies through on-page and technical optimizations, AI strategies, keyword research, and competitive analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze organic search performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
  • Analyze search intent for AI-driven search engines and support SEO initiatives to improve visibility in AI-generated results.
  • Assist with CRO strategies across websites and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with web development, creative, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.
  • Conduct website audits to identify and resolve issues affecting UX, accessibility, and SEO.
  • Track and report KPIs related to SEO, traffic, and campaign performance.
  • Help set up and optimize paid campaigns with external or internal teams.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness using A/B testing and analytics.
  • Support tag implementation, goal setting, and event tracking with tools like Google Tag Manager.
  • Identify opportunities for website and campaign improvements based on data analysis.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • Experience in B2B and/or e-commerce digital marketing
  • Knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog)
  • Experience with website analytics and reporting
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Sitefinity, etc.)
  • Understanding of paid media (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
  • Basic HTML, CSS, and UX knowledge is a plus

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret data and develop actionable strategies
  • Organized, detail-oriented, with multi-project management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and event tracking
