Job summary

America’s Best House Plans, Inc. seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing across social media, email, SMS, website content, and promotions. You’ll work with the Director of Marketing to create content, coordinate campaigns, and engage customers, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

The role emphasizes cross-channel collaboration, project management, and staying current on ecommerce trends. Prior experience in digital marketing and content creation is valued.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of marketing experience is required.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Experience across digital marketing channels (social, email, content).
• Experience creating graphics and short-form video content for social and digital channels.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage organic social media content and engage with our online community.
• Help create and coordinate content including social posts, blogs, videos, customer stories, home tours, and other marketing materials.
• Build and execute email and SMS campaigns, coordinating copy, creative, scheduling, segmentation, testing, and QA.
• Support promotions, website content, and integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
• Help collect and organize customer photography, videos, testimonials, and user-generated content.
• Coordinate marketing projects, calendars, deadlines, approvals, and deliverables; support interns as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, designers, builders, and partners on content and initiatives.
• Track campaign and channel performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Stay current on marketing, social media, ecommerce, home design, and consumer trends.
• Bring new ideas and creative thinking to market products and engage customers.
