OneDigital is hiring a Market Coordinator to support Benefit Consultants by using carrier quoting tools to generate quotes. This deadline-driven role requires accuracy, strong client relations, and organizational focus in a fast-paced environment.

You will obtain rate quotes online, ensure timely responses, and maintain carrier docs while upholding HIPAA and confidentiality standards. The team emphasizes growth, learning, and competitive benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
• Familiar with database applications.

Summary:

In this deadline sensitive and high volume position, the Market Coordinator provides support to Benefit Consultants by utilizing carrier quoting engines and tools to generate quotes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Obtain insurance product rate quotes, either on-line or through rating tools, from various insurance carriers at the request of benefits consultants;
• Meet and exceed all time frames allotted for quoting activities;
• Work with regional team members toward timely completion of regional workload and ensure all job responsibilities are completed accurately;
• Identify and download SBCs (Summary of Benefit Coverage) and Benefit Summaries for offered plans by carrier;
• Adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines;
• Update and maintain company databases;
• Additional responsibilities and projects assigned by management.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to build strong lasting relationships with internal clients;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Must be self-motivated and disciplined;
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.

Education, Training and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field, preferred;
• Knowledge of health and ancillary insurance products and benefit plan designs, a plus;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word, required;
• Familiar with database applications, a plus.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
