Job description

At Primary Health Partners, marketing is about more than promoting a brand—it's about sharing a mission that is changing healthcare. As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll help tell the stories that connect patients, employers, and communities to a more personal, accessible approach to care.

You'll create engaging campaigns, develop digital and social media content, support community outreach and events, and help ensure every interaction reflects the heart of the PHP brand. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, business development, employer experience, clinic leadership, and vendor partners, you'll help grow brand awareness, strengthen patient engagement, and attract new members and employer groups.

We're looking for someone who is creative, organized, and collaborative, with a passion for storytelling and building meaningful connections. If you enjoy bringing ideas to life and want your work to make a real impact, we'd love to have you on our team.

The Marketing Coordinator helps bring the Primary Health Partners mission to life by sharing the story of healthcare done differently. In this role, you'll plan and coordinate marketing initiatives that promote our providers, services, and Direct Primary Care (DPC) model while creating meaningful connections with patients, employers, and the community.

Working closely with the Director of Marketing, business development, employer experience, clinic leadership, and vendor partners, you'll create engaging content, manage digital and social media, support community events, strengthen our brand, and help drive the continued growth of PHP.

We're looking for someone who is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about building relationships. If you enjoy bringing ideas to life and want your work to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to have you on our team.

  • Booth/signage/giveaway logistics support.
  • Maintain brand templates and asset files.
  • Coordinate print, signage, and promo item vendors.
  • Basic website QA — flag outdated content for the Marketing Director, not authoring changes.

  • Graphic Design (Canva Pro, Adobe Suite).
  • Photography and Videography (DSLR, Lightroom).
  • Writing (Social Media, Blogs, SEO, Press Releases).
  • AI content tools for speed on low-stakes tasks (captions, alt text) — not a substitute for original capture.
