Anders is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Strategic Growth Department and collaborate across teams. You will gain exposure to a wide range of marketing functions and help deliver outcomes for partners, staff, clients and vendors.
Key responsibilities include planning events, updating materials, managing CRM and marketing campaigns, and coordinating webinars. A Bachelor’s degree and marketing-related internship or experience are preferred.
The Strategic Growth Department of one of the fastest-growing accounting firms in the country is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who is motivated to learn, excited to collaborate and passionate about delivering outstanding results. This individual will have a direct impact on our firm’s mission of serving as a catalyst for those striving to achieve their highest potential.
The Marketing Coordinator must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously. This position requires self-direction, tact, and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with partners, staff, clients and vendors. Organization and attention to detail are critical components of this position. In addition, they must demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with staff inside and outside of the department.
This role is designed to provide exposure to a wide range of marketing functions, offering the opportunity to build experience across the areas outlined below. While the scope is broad, Anders takes a thoughtful, team-oriented approach to prioritization to ensure a manageable workload and support work/life balance.
The stated pay scale reflects the range that Anders reasonably expects to pay for this position. The actual pay rate for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and firm business practices.
$55,000—$70,000 USD
