Job summary

MLD Roofing & Construction, Inc. in Leesburg, FL is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for part-time, on-site work (25–30 hours weekly) with potential to become full-time.

You will develop campaigns, manage social media, create content, and collaborate with sales for growth. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of marketing experience, a Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field, and familiarity with WordPress, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of marketing experience (construction or home services industry a plus).
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote roofing and construction services.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns and customer outreach initiatives.
• Maintain and update the company website with relevant content and SEO optimization.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide reports.
• Assist with branding, signage, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate community events, sponsorships, and local outreach efforts.
• Work closely with sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Manage online reviews and reputation across platforms.
• Manage third-party marketing and vendor relationships, community partnerships, act as company representative when appropriate

Employment Type: Part-Time, approximately 25-30 hours per week (on-site / in-office) with protentional to become a full-time position

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to support and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and strategic community partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate and knowledgeable about both digital and traditional marketing strategies including (but not limited to): social media, SEO, graphic design, reputation management, print, digital, outdoor, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Basic understanding of SEO and website management (WordPress)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Additional Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms
• Photography and video editing skills (preferred)
• Knowledge of local service area marketing strategies, opportunities, and community relationships/engagement
• Familiarity with paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
