You will gather, organize, and manage assets, coordinate with marketing and editorial teams, and communicate timelines and deliverables with clients and agencies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years of professional written and verbal communication experience.
• Experience coordinating sponsorships, advertising content, or related campaigns.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and scheduling discipline.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role

• Gather, organize, and manage assets for sponsor content integration projects.
• Collaborate with marketing and editorial teams to coordinate sponsorship needs and deliverables
• Communicate with clients, agencies, Account Executives, Sales Planners, and Campaign Specialists regarding timelines, mockups, and other sponsorship details.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of all custom creative
• Manage advertiser content (recipes, photos, videos) in a web content management system
• Maintain detailed project records in a centralized system

Must Have Skills / Requirements

• 1) Project Management Experience
• a. 3+ years; Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines within a fast-paced environment. Keeping records updated within a centralized system/tracker. Managing timelines and expectations.
• 2) Professional Communication Experience
• a. 3+ years; Ability to manage a high volume of email correspondence and meeting scheduling. Strong interpersonal skills, and clear communication both written and verbal for internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements

• 1) Marketing strategy, Social Media Marketing, or Advertising experience is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• 1) Prior experience, internships, or coursework in advertising sales, media, or digital marketing
