Responsibilities

• Manage the annual Marketing Calendar.
• Design and publish product promotional flyers and promotions.
• Communicate cost increase notifications to customers.
• Create and publish monthly company newsletter “Panos Connections.”
• Manage social media posts.
• Coordinate local marketing meetings with supply partners.
• Order company apparel.
• Provide annual marketing budget to finance.
• Arrange annual company events (Panos Rodeo, Christmas party).
• Plan and coordinate the company Food Show every other year.
• Work with transportation management to arrange truck wraps for the fleet.
• Manage content on the company website.
• Take on projects assigned by Director of Procurement.

Christ Panos Foods is seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing projects and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.

Essential Job Duties:

• Manages annual Marketing Calendar
• Designs and publishes product promotional flyers, hot sheets, Cut & Dry promotions, etc.
• Communicates cost increase notifications to customers
• Creates and publishes monthly company newsletter “Panos Connections”
• Manages social media posts
• Coordinates Local Marketing meetings with supply partners
• Responsible for ordering company apparel
• Provides annual marketing budget to finance
• Arranges annual company events including Panos Rodeo, Panos Foods Christmas party, etc.
• Plans and coordinates company Food Show every other year
• Work with transportation management team to arrange truck wraps for our fleet
• Manages the content on the company website
• Projects as assigned by Director of Procurement

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM
