The Marketing Coordinator will be a critical part of the Marketing team reporting to the Senior Retail Marketing Manager. In this role you will assist in the execution of all retail marketing programs and initiatives. Our ideal candidate will elevate our retail marketing efforts across our multiple brands. Support development and execution of omni-channel marketing strategy Support the business objectives of Global at retail Assist in activation and execution of marketing plans. Assist in go to market planning and activities for key brand stories and initiatives. Assist in the evaluation and optimization of marketing programs. Contribute to the programs that engage consumers in a meaningful way. Assist in planning of marketing events. Apply ‘lessons learned’ and continuously improve the way that work is developed and delivered, providing feedback and implementing changes to optimize internal processes.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet daily deadlines. You have excellent organization skills with exceptional attention to detail. You are highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges. Working knowledge of marketing creative process Understanding of retail marketplace highly desired Understanding of consumer behavior Strong understanding of the consumer mindset, the digital environment and competitor landscape Extremely well organized with the keen sense to adapt to and develop process. Knowledge of analyzing basic expenses versus budget and marketing program results to provide input and recommendations for improvement Demonstrated ability to organize time and projects, delivering on-time, on-budget deliverables and/or projects Bachelor's Degree Marketing or related field.
$63,300.00 - $88,600.00 The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
