Work Location:

This is a full-time, in-person position based at the Lotus Concepts Management Corporate Office in Denver, Colorado. Employees are expected to work on-site during scheduled business hours. This position is not eligible for remote or fully remote work except as may be approved on a limited basis by Company leadership.

Compensation

In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and applicable wage transparency requirements:

Salary Range: $60,000 - $68,000 annually

Starting compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, demonstrated performance, education, certifications, or a combination of these factors, as well as the individual's overall ability to perform the essential functions of the position. Compensation decisions may also consider internal equity and other legitimate business factors permitted by applicable law.

This position is classified as full-time, salaried, and exempt from overtime under applicable federal and Colorado wage and hour laws. Exempt employees are expected to work the hours necessary to effectively perform the responsibilities of the position.

Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, organization, and execution of marketing initiatives for Lotus Concepts Management and its portfolio of hospitality brands. This position assists with campaign coordination, content development, social media management, promotional materials, digital marketing, and administrative marketing functions while ensuring consistency across all company brands.

The Marketing Coordinator works closely with the Marketing Manager, Operations, Culinary, Beverage, Human Resources, and Executive Leadership to help execute marketing strategies that increase guest engagement, strengthen brand awareness, and support business objectives.

This is a full-time, in-person position based at the Lotus Concepts Management Corporate Office and is expected to work on-site during scheduled business hours.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The following duties are representative of this position but are not all-inclusive.

Marketing Coordination
  • Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns across all company brands.
  • Support implementation of seasonal promotions, special events, menu launches, and grand openings.
  • Maintain project timelines and marketing calendars.
  • Coordinate project deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives as assigned.
Brand Support
  • Help maintain brand standards across all restaurant concepts.
  • Ensure marketing materials align with company branding.
  • Review marketing content for accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist with new concept branding and promotional materials.
Social Media & Content
  • Coordinate and schedule social media content.
  • Assist with content creation, photography, and video coordination.
  • Maintain social media calendars.
  • Monitor guest engagement and assist with responses when appropriate.
  • Help organize digital marketing assets.
Digital Marketing
  • Update website content as directed.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns.
  • Support digital advertising initiatives.
  • Help maintain online business listings.
  • Monitor digital marketing performance and prepare reports.
Graphic Design & Marketing Materials
  • Coordinate printed marketing materials.
  • Assist with menu updates, promotional signage, and collateral.
  • Work with graphic designers and outside vendors.
  • Help maintain brand templates and creative assets.
Community Relations & Events
  • Assist with community partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Support promotional events and grand openings.
  • Help coordinate charitable initiatives.
  • Assist with public relations efforts as assigned.
Administrative Responsibilities
  • Maintain organized marketing files and project documentation.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate marketing deliverables.
  • Assist with vendor communications.
  • Help track marketing budgets and invoices.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding company information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred
  • Hospitality, restaurant, retail, or entertainment marketing experience.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and email marketing platforms.
  • Photography, videography, or content creation experience.
  • Basic knowledge of paid digital advertising.
