  • Manage event-related communications, promotional materials, signage, displays, and other marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate event setup, on-site activities, customer experience, and post-event wrap-up.
  • Track event attendance, customer engagement, revenue, and other key performance metrics.
  • Prepare post-event reports and identify opportunities to improve future events.
  • Maintain an organized event calendar and ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met.

  • Execute marketing activities across print, direct mail, in-store, community, partnership, and other offline channels.
  • Coordinate the development, production, and distribution of flyers, brochures, signage, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral.
  • Manage marketing calendars, timelines, approvals, and deliverables for offline campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, printers, agencies, and partners to ensure materials are produced and delivered on time and within budget.
  • Support local promotional campaigns and initiatives tied to events, products, and customer acquisition.
  • Track campaign results and provide basic performance reporting and recommendations.
